The room for rent has currently a single bed, side table and 3 door wardrobe, however it is a large double bedroom. Fully use of the house not just a room to rent. Sitting room, fully furnished, and full kitchen facilities including a washing machine. Bathroom has bath and shower over bath. There is full broadband and internet service, along with sky in Sitting room, Multi room available to connect in room to rent should it be wanted. All bills, Gas/Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Sky, TV Licence etc all included in rental fee - Just your food is extra.
