THE HOUSE

Room to rent in a three bedroomed house. Nice clean and tidy house with newly fitted carpet throughout, a modern fitted kitchen, a newly fitted shared bathroom and living room and a medium sized garden. The room is fully furnished and has a double bed. All bills included.

The Applicant

The most important thing is that the applicant is clean and tidy and this is A DEFINITE MUST. This is because I am a clean freak! It doesn't matter if the applicant smokes but the house is a non smoking house.

Me

I am a very clean and tidy person and I set this as my standard of living. I am easy to get along with as long as the person is clean and tidy too! I am an active person and always doing something.
I am a very social person and like spending time with my friends.
