Hey, I have 1 Double bedroom in Copmanthorpe which is a beautiful village just on the outskirts of York town. Close to the A64 for Leeds and 15 minute drive into town, with a good bus service.
Easy on the age but no one who wants wild parties, someone tidy and preferably no one who works from home 5 days a week as I also work from home a lot.

The room can be furnished or bare if you have things you would like to bring. Currently has a double bed, matress, chest of 6 drawers and a side table.

Garden, car parking spaces and shared bathroom (but I’m very tidy)

3 months minimum and then we can review and do a monthly rolling contract if you prefer?
bills are included in total price.

Students/ teacher training are welcome. My last lodger was on teacher placement. She will be looking to leave around July time and we got along really well. I love chilling and get along with all ages 😊
