My name is Oli, I own the property and I'm looking for two professional lodgers for two double rooms.

I'm pretty active (tennis, tag rugby, bouldering) but also enjoy chilling out, cooking, going for beers etc. I work from home when I'm in York but regularly spend time in London. I'm looking for tidy, sociable people who will pay rent on time and treat the house like their home!

The property is a 20 minute walk into York city centre and a 30 minute walk to the station. There's free parking out front and back, a beautiful garden, all council tax and bills are included and the property is furnished.
