Large double room for short term stay

Hi. I'm looking to let a large double bedroom for up to three months over the summer (1st June to 31st August) to a female lodger. I work full time and usually work from home a couple of days a week. I'm an LGBTQ+ ally and my home is a relaxed and safe space in the York suburb of Acomb. It's just round the corner from a main bus route into York City Centre and there is a Morrisons, Co op, Post Office, Boots and other amenities near by. There's also the Bluebird Bakery nearby which is a cafe, and a bar in the evening. The room has a double bed, desk and chair, and plenty of storage. There's a shared bathroom and kitchen and on street parking. Please note, I don't allow visitors. All bills are included. The room's available to view now and is available to move into from 1st June.
