Room to rent in York close to city centre & uni

Heya,

So I have a single room available in an end of terrace house with big gardens, outside seating / bbq etc. Also off road gated parking. I'm not here often so you'll pretty much have the house to yourself. Small shops like 'one stop' or co-op are 3-5 mins walk, supermarkets like morrisons, waitrose, asda, lidl are all 10 mins walk away. St Johns Uni 15 mins walk, Shambles / center is 15 mins walk, number 6 bus stops outside going to the other uni or into town or to the station. I prefer the 30 min walk to the station along the walls myself rather than the bus if I'm getting a train but that's just me :)

If you're musical, I also have a professional music studio, but don't worry, heaphones only unless the house is empty

Council tax band B

Council tax would be included, the only bill variation would be electric / heating and hot water ourside of normal usage.
