- Tenancy duration: 01/07/2024 to 30/06/2025, 12 months.
-Price: £1115 per month, bills 'not' inclusive. Bills tend to average around £80 each month for a year.
-The room has ample facilities, including a washer and dryer, which many other studio accommodations don't include in their rent. There is also a free gym and board game room.
- The 66 Bus stop is right in front of Piccadilly Residence making commuting to the University of York very easy.
- Double occupancy is possible with an extra £150 added each month.
No preference for incoming tenant's occupation (student/professional friendly).
