Student Only Private Studio Contract Takeover

Available first week of June through 6th September 2024.
I'm looking for someone to take over the last three months of my contract at Student Castle student accomodation at 80 Walmgate. It is a fully furnished, private studio with double bed, ensuite bathroom, and full kitchen. Student Castle has many amenities including a common lounge, gym, bike store, laundry and package rooms.
It's located in a lovely and extremely convenient area nearby tons of great shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to King's Manor, less than 20 minutes to YSJ, and about 30 minutes walk from Heslington. 20ish minute walk to York Station. It's very well serviced by several bus lines and there is a convenient stop just outside the complex.
If you take over my contract, you get my rate of £226ppw! Same studios are currently being let for £260.
