Double room in Huntington (must like cats!)

I have a lovely double furnished room for one person available, in my 3-bed bungalow in Huntington. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, window seat, desk and chair.

The house has:

- Back garden with patio and gazebo

The home is in a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to Monks Cross, and just under a 10 minute drive to both the university’s and the hospital. Park and ride and buses available within walking distance to the city centre and railway station.

I am a friendly, respectful, sociable person. I work full-time, split between office and working from home. There is just me and my 3 rescue cats living here (so a love of cats is essential!).

I’m a single female, so I’d prefer another female. Someone who is friendly, doesn’t smoke, a professional or international / postgraduate / mature student who is tidy and respectful.

Use of the double bedroom, bathroom, living space (kitchen, dining area, lounge), and garden. The room will be available from around beginning of July. I will get better photos of the room in a few weeks, when it’s cleared out, and new furniture is in. I would also consider Mon to Fri only lets, and short-term lets.
