(It's nearest bus is 2 mins walk and number 4 goes from Acomb and finishes at University - ideal for students as don't need to change bus). It has easy access to A64 for easy commuting.

It is a 3 bedroomed semi-detatched house in a quite location in a cul-de-sac near to primary school. It has shared access to a bathroom, 2 toilets, dining room, lounge and kitchen. Includes cooker, washing machine, dryer, large tv in lounge with basic media package including wi-fi access and broadband.

Includes all bills except external phone calls. Will accept people who smoke but not inside the house. Property has parking if required.

I am a fairly quiet working professional who likes to spend time chilling watching tv, cooking, going away for weekends or going out with friends. I have a 20 week old cocker spaniel puppy who lives in the living room. Looking for reliable friendly people to share my house with.
