The house has a spacious kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with new gas hob, microwave, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover and iron etc.

The bathroom is clean and light and has a bath and electric shower.

There is free parking outside the house and the street is quiet.

Gardens at the front and large garden at the back provide privacy.

Lockable garden shed for the storage of bicycles etc.

All we ask is that the house is kept clean and tidy as it was recently decorated and is a nice house to live in.

The only bill not included is the payment of Council Tax for professionals. Full time students may be eligible for a Council Tax exemption certificate from the University.
Students must be able to provide a Council Tax Exemption Certificate issued by York University to qualify for Council Tax Exemption. If a student is doing an internship the council will accept proof of student status by receiving a document from the department head and a document from the students home university.

The location is supplied by an excellent selection of shops, supermarkets, post office and a variety of fast food options.

I am a private landlord and this is the only house I rent out - I aim to provide good quality, safe, clean and well maintained accommodation for students and professionals.
I am particularly looking for tenants who will maintain and keep clean the house and shared areas. Tenants who are happy to live in a shared house and share responsibilities for keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean for everyone's enjoyment.
