Box room for rent in family home

This is for a small box room in the dringhouses area of york. The room is fully furnished. We have put a high sleeper bed in there to give more space as there is a desk and futon chair under. There is also a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room. We are a family with a girl of 12 and a boy of 10. We have 3 cats and 2 rabbits
We are also a host family and take in many students on a general short stay basis, so you will meet people from many cultures.
Ideally we are looking for someone who likes to keep themselves to themselves and who is clean and tidy.
As it is a family home we need someone considerate and who doesn't bring people home with them as need to know who is in the house and we would like to keep the living area as our own private family space.
Prefer short term rentals but would consider a longer rental for the right person. We don't require a bond just payment weekly in advance and a weeks notice if you wish to leave earlier than we had agreed.
Bills are included in the rent however food is not included. There is plenty of space for you to store food though.
No DSS or timewasters please.
