I am looking for a friendly, relaxed person who wants to rent with me - someone who also likes to socialise! I have a good size double room in a ground floor flat. The room is furnished with only a bed and it has an aerial socket. There is a TV in the living room and wireless internet. There is on street parking in a quiet street that doesn't require permits. The flat is 5 mins from the city walls close to a local shop, takeaway and taxi rank. There is a grass area out the front of the flat which is really nice to sit out in the sunshine!
The rent is £415 per month including bills. Ideally would like someone in for 12 months but will consider 6 months.
