Double room in friendly house + garden + chickens!

The House

We have 1 double room left in our house on Burton Stone Lane up for grabs.

The rent includes all bills, Wi fi, BT vision, council tax and a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared and the house is fitted with central heating and double glazing. All rooms are fully furnished with all the mod cons you would expect.

We have a good size garden with a newly built veranda and seating area that's lovely to chill in, complete with one of a kind BBQ. We also have raised beds where we grow some of our own veg amongst other various plants and ornaments. Plus we have a new addition of 3 chickens supplying us with fresh eggs everyday!

The location

The centre of town is only a 15 min walk away or there are regular buses running from the doorstep. Close access to cycle paths and walkways. Also we have a Sainsbury's, Post office, Pharmacy, take aways and a grocery shop plus cafe's just 2 mins down the road.

The housemates

There will be 3 of us, Olly and Hydi (couple and owners of the house) and Tom as housemates. We all work full time and are fairly environmentally conscious and very creative. We are looking for someone who will socialise with us with similar interests but that understands and respects living with others and also enjoys their own space with a tidy and helpful attitude towards shared areas.
