The house is a great location just 15 minutes walk into the centre of town, 10 minutes to the hospital and 15 minutes to the station. There’s some small supermarkets, takeaways and most importantly great local pubs near by.

The room has a double bed, clothes rail and large chest of drawers.

The shared bathroom has a bath and power shower.

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished with all of the amnesties you could need to move straight in. There’s a small concrete yard out the back and a shed for bikes.

On street parking is available and additional gated parking around the back.
