Furnished room available in my house in acomb york. chippy on the end of the street, supermarket near by, good bus links and ten mins cycle to train station.

the house is a lovely period terrace with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Also use of the garden for relaxing in the hammock, having an after work beer and keeping bikes in!

The room is a really decent size, has a view over the garden and period fireplace. It is furnished with a chest of drawers, kingsize bed, hanging rails for clothes, comfy chair and optional table and chair for studying/working at. I'm just having the paint work redone so that it will be sparkly new for you when you arrive hence the later availability date. However please do still feel free to come and have a look

£70 per week includes electricity, internet, water, gas etc.

bond will be required and week in advance rent. references of some sort will be needed and followed up.

i'm a 33yrs woman working for a charity in leeds, with a horse in poppleton so am out quite regularly leaving you plenty of time in your own space. However i am friendly when around and would be happy to join you for a pint in any of the locals one evening or sit in and watch a film together.
