Bright double room to let-10 mins from York centre

Hi there!

My name's Dani and I have a light, furnished double bedroom available to rent from 20th September in a 3 bed mid-town house in Acomb, close to York centre. The house is 2 mins away from local shops and bus routes, and there is ample on-street parking outside the property (there are also nearby garages available for rent from the council if off-street parking is required).

The room is bright, recently redecorated and fully furnished.
Included in the rent is wi-fi broadband, a cosy shared lounge with freeview HD TV incl. Sky movies, DVD player & stereo, and a large kitchen and utility room which include a new electric cooker, washer dryer, shared fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space.

I also have 3 friendly cats who spend most of their time sleeping. I can safely say that just about everyone who meets Willow, Dylan and Poppy tends to fall in love with them!

I am looking for a housemate who is laid back, clean and tidy (v. important!) and will treat the house like their home :) I would prefer someone who wants to stay long-term, i. e. more than a few months (period of notice is one month and rent payment is on the 1st of each month).
