Double room available in nice house in York!

Hello, I am a 32 year old working for the NHS in York. I keep fit 3ish times a week. I am often not back till about 8pm as I am studying part time and sometimes have ridiculous amounts of work to do. Home is where I come to relax and switch of so like it to be clean and relaxed. I am an easy going and easy to get on with.
The room is available on a short term let. The house is currently for sale, so could only guarantee 6 weeks, though this depends on how long it takes to sell, but you would have 6 weeks notice from sale date.
The room is a big double, with kingsize bed, plenty of storage, wall mounted tv with Virgin media. There's a sofa as well and good wifi connection.

There is a shared dining kitchen and bathroom, with a nice big garden(spoilt in the picture by my empty mcdonalds wrapper, am not a big mcdonalds eater just the pic I had) and shed which is good for storage, bikes or whatever, there is off road parking out the back if you want to use it. I am usually away over the weekend staying with my partner.
