I have 2 lovely double rooms to rent in my house in york. Both rooms are offered each with an additional room to be used as a study / dressing room / storage space. have large private ensuites which are brand newly fitted with showers, sinks and toilets as well as heated towel rails. The house was extended earlier this year so now boasts a very nice large brand new kitchen and dining room with breakfast bar and large table and chairs with sofa and doors out onto decking and garden. There is a large living room with 42" flat screen tv, sofas and shelves. 5 bedrooms in total, 3 bathrooms, a utility room, downstairs wc.

The house has a double driveway and free on street parking, sheds for bikes and is about 25 minute riverside walk to city centre as well as being on 3 direct bus routes. It's also close to the ring road making it ideal for commuting out of the city towards Harrogate, leeds and the coast.

There are currently 2 other young professionals renting 2 bedrooms with ensuites in the house, female 23 and male 33. both are lovely full time working - interests include swimming, squash, movies and music.

As there are 2 rooms available, I'm happy to let them to friends or separately to 2 individuals / couples also welcome. All lodgers can all get to know each other together! :-)
