Furnished single room in end terrace house in Holgate area. V large bathroom and large yard. I do have two dogs, but they're very friendly. Fully equipped kitchen, virgin tv/broadband and an extra tv box in room too. All bills included in rent. There's also a cosy log burner in the living room and a fire pit in the yard.
Two laid back friendly housemates, looking for like minded professional who might be interested in a couple of pints in the local every now and then!
On street parking only, but plenty of space. It's nice and quiet as it's away from main road. Easily walkable to station and city centre, as well as shops in Acomb.
