This property is one of the best by far when looking around at student houses. It is a 4 bed house which has just been decorated and is so modern and lovely. We have a downstairs toilet, bathroom and large double bedrooms. We have a tv of our own and everything is set up ready for a new comer to move in.

There are currently 3 of us living here next year. Two girls and a boy, we will all be in our third year at York St John university and are looking for another student to live with us who doesn't mind the partying lifestyle, although we won't be as big on this next year with having university work. The property is about 5-10 minutes away from York St John University so is perfect for any students at the Uni.

We would also like to meet with anybody who is interested in the property so we can get to know them.

Just to note we need our flatmate to be a student so we don't pay council tax!
