I am leaving York in April and would like to find a replacement housemate, the let runs until the 31st Aug. We would ideally like another female postgraduate student, but are happy to be flexible.
The location is perfect for the Univerity of York, with a lovely walk through the allotments and the stray to campus. The house has a shared kitchen, sitting room and bathroom and my housemates are very clean and tidy :)
