This is a spacious double bedroom with desk, drawers and large wardrobe included, on the first floor of an all student property. The house is well heated and looked after, with a large kitchen and breakfast bar, a shared living room (television included) and an upstairs bathroom. There is a shed outside to store bikes etc and a parking space at the front.
The location is twenty minutes walk from the town centre and from the University of York, with quick bus access to both - the neighbours are friendly and the street is a quiet and safe place to live. The local co op is just a five minute walk away and stays open late all days of the week, and the district of Heworth is just round the corner with shops, cafes, a local church and takeaways available.
The other tenants are all in their third year at the university and are all very friendly and easy to live with; as it is an all girl house a female tenant is preferable but this is not essential.
