We are a friendly group of five students who are currently looking out for an extra housemate to fill our vacant room. We are all currently in our first year studying at the University of York and will be renting the property for 12 months starting on the 1st of July 2014.
It is a fabulous property located just 0. 41 miles form the University of York (main) campus and within walking distance of York city centre. It is also in close proximity to a Morrisons, Waitrose and other local amenities.
