Spacious loft room in a beautiful house

I've just about finished my academic year at York University, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease.

The house is in a great location only minutes from the university and 10-15minutes to York centre. It is also close to supermarkets, shops and pubs. The house has a good sized shared living room with a TV and freeview. We also have fast broadband and a landline. Next to the living room is a nice kitchen with plenty of space for food and cutlery. The house has 2 bathrooms bath which have showers in each and one also has a bath. To the back of the house is a lovely-sized garden with rear access for bikes, a BBQ and shed.

Currently there are 3 girls living in the property. Everyone has been a pleasure to live with and I can't put into words how kind and enjoyable it has been to live with them. 2 girls are doing PHD's and the other is in her final year, all at The University of York.

We like to keep the house generally tidy and make sure we clean up after ourselves and avoid leaving clutter in the common areas. This is just out of respect for other housemates and works really well. We are looking for someone who is also tidy as well as easy going and social. Preferably we're looking for someone doing a masters or PHD but would consider a mature student.
