2 student rooms available for rent over summer

A fellow housemate and I are vacating the house 2 months before our contract has ended. Our two rooms will unoccupied and therefore available for rent for 10 weeks from the last week in June through until the end of August (flexible).

The spacious 8 bedroom house is located on Fulford Road, a mere 15 minute walk to the main campus at York University, 1 mile from the city centre and next door to Aldi supermarket.

It has 4 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and lounge with sofas and a flatscreen TV, secure bike storage in the garage, off street parking space, isolated sun-trap back garden.

The weekly rent is so cheap at £60 simply because it was a converted and used as a student house for the first time this academic year. (The tenants moving into it in September are paying upwards of £75 per week)

Existing housemates are a mix of postgraduate and undergraduate students from UK, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark.

It is an ideal opportunity for summer placement students. It is available for rent to individuals or a pair, but strictly students only.
