The house was fully refurbished early 2013 and boasts a fantastic modern and clean feel. It comprises of 2 double bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, a downstairs bathroom with bath & shower and a light & airy living room.

The rent is paid directly to the landlady.

Bills are additional (water, council tax, electricity, wifi, washing machine hire, tv license), I will continue to keep these in my name so you would therefore need to arrange a monthly standing order to be put in place to cover these bills (approx. £135 per month)

I am looking for a friendly, full time working professional who is clean, tidy, good humoured and trustworthy. The landlady is excellent and we have never had any issues. She is very thorough and requires previous / current landlord and employment references plus a credit reference which costs £21. 60.

More about me - I have been living at the house for a year and work Mon: Fri at the uni campus. I enjoy most sports, regularly attend the gym, I enjoy cooking and sampling wine & beer.
