We are a group of 7 students at the University of York looking for a housemate for the 14/15 academic year.

A fabulous 8 bedroom house with off street parking, garden, solar electric panels. All the bedrooms are double and there are 3 shower rooms and 4 WCs. The kitchen provides large range cooker, 2 fridge/freezers, 2 sinks and a dishwasher. There is plenty of storage and a separate utility room with washing machine, sink and more storage. The large living room includes leather sofas, wood laminate floor and large TV. Outside there is a large private patio area and pleasant lawned side garden. There is a shed for secure bicycle storage and off street drive parking for 4 cars. Close to local amenities and the cycle track plus only minutes from the Uni... what more could you want?
