Friendly CHEAP professional house!
Hi :) I'm looking to replace my self in the house I currenly share as i'm off travelling. It is a small single bedroom that is VERY well priced for the house size and location! It's available to rent from the friday the 15th of August. I'm flexible with dates so I can move out anywhere between the 15th and the 29th of August. The house is 3 story, very close to York Uni, local shops (morrisons, waitrose) and a 15min walk from city centre. The current housemates are all friends, 2 work in hospitality so are mainly out during evenings. The house is mixed with 2 girls and 2 boys, there is a shared kitchen, lounge, freeview, 2 shower rooms and back yard. On street parking available and I have never had a problem getting parked. The room is quiet as it is on the back of the house. Fab internet connection! ALL BILLS INCLUDED!! Text or ring rather than email please as this is my housemates email account.
