Very nice rooms available in this fantastic house as you can see from the pictures. It is on Milton street (just off Lawrence street) from the 1st of October for at least 10. Highly recommended as it is close to local shops and perfect location 15 min walking to uni and 10-15 to town center. Very nice owners and answering all the requirements promptly. The rent is £300 PCM including TV license and unlimited broadband. Back yard available for chilling. I am currently not living there, but I used to for the past year and it is exactly what a student is looking for. I am only posting this on behalf of the owners for the simple reason that they are a nice couple as I already mentioned. Students only please. Get in touch if interested. Cheers.
