Only 20 minutes walk from York St. John University. Number 44 bus goes from right outside our house to York University, and a dedicated cycle path also goes to the University. York city centre is at just 10 minutes walking distance (there are also frequent buses).

Upstairs room with double bed, wardrobe, desk, and drawers. Bathroom has bath and shower, separate WC, and a WC/washroom downstairs.
Kitchen has all that you'll need: gas oven and hob, fridge, two freeezers, toaster, microwave, crockery and utensils etc.
Sitting room with large TV (freeview channels), sitting area, table and four chairs.
