Beautiful, modern flatshare near York city centre

I am a current tenant renting a 2 bed flat and looking for an extra lodger for the room my current lovely flatmate will be moving out of. The rent amount includes all bills including council tax and unlimited broadband.
The flat is furnished with my own belongings and the bedroom will already contain a bed and wardrobe. It is slightly smaller than my own bedroom and as such I pay a higher share of the rent. There is no en-suite but as my own room has one the use of the larger bathroom (with shower over bath) will be almost yours alone.
There are built in storage cupboards for use in the hall and there is an additional inside storage room located just outside the flat door which can house bikes. The flat has its own assigned parking space although I don't use it as I don't drive.
The rest of the flat is communal with an open kitchen/dining/living room space. This is lovely and light as there are several windows and even a juliet balcony. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher (although I've never used that) separate fridge and freezer, gas cooker/oven and microwave.
The flat itself is on the first floor and in a great location- 2 minutes from the national rail museum, 5 minutes from the rail station and 10 minutes from the city centre itself. It is also only a few minutes away from several bus stops.
I myself am friendly and very easy going. That said I do want someone who is fairly clean and tidy and wanting to live somewhere that bit nicer. I have lots of books and DVDs which you are always welcome to borrow and I enjoy socialising and going out on a weekend (when I can afford it!). I am hoping for a like-minded flatmate who I can get along with. Hope to hear from you!!
