The house is a spacious mid terrace property in a great location: 15 minutes walk to the station and 10 minutes walk to The Minster area (York city centre).
We are a professional couple in our 30's looking for a tenant. Ideally a mature student or professional on temporary work placement away from home. We work full time during the week.
We have a good sized bathroom and kitchen/dining area (shared with us).
There are two living rooms in the property so you can have your own space downstairs too if you wish.
TV/wireless internet is provided and all bills are included in the monthly price (excl. phone).
There is a backyard with a outhouse for securing a bike.
We have one (friendly!) cat.
