Flatmate wanted York

Hello,

I have just got a job in London and will be relocating. I am looking for a tennant to replace me in my current property which has a remaining 9 months on the contract. If someone is interested then I will pass contact details to the landlord for her own assessment of the person enquiring.

The property is roughly 15 minutes walk from the centre of town, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The property is located within a cul de sac and has designated parking for yourself and visitors.

The other occupant is 20 years old and works for the navy. This means that he is not at the property often and only comes back when he is on leave. He is easy to get on with and is very clean.....as you can imagine from the forces.

The property is unfurnished however i am willing to leave my existing furniture for a discounted price.
