I am moving out and looking for a tenant to replace me. Originally four tenants moved in as friends and since then, a new tenant has also moved in. There a four second year students and one third year student who all study different subjects at York St. John University.
The house is fully furnished and spacious with a large communal living room and kitchen/dining with two bathrooms each with a shower. There is a front drive if you require parking, and a large rear garden. The double bedroom is fully furnished with large double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelving unit. With room for additional storage if required.
The house is situated on an estate approximately 15 minute from the centre of York and the university. There is a corner shop and a Sainsbury's Local supermarket close to the house.
