The room is an attic room with ensuite (toilet, sink and shower). There is currently a king sized bed in the room but this can be changed if you wish. Built in wardrobes and bedside table.
Shared kitchen, dining room, main bathroom and small outside yard.
Rent includes all bills including broadband, gas, electricity, water and council tax. There is freeview TV.
I am looking for a female professional, no students sorry! I work quite long hours and often weekends also. They must like dogs as I have 2 cocker spaniels who are very friendly.
