I am PhD student at University of York. We (small family) would like to share our one bedroom of this 2 bedroom house with a female student in a short term. The house is quite clean and tidy. Price is negotiable depending on the right person.
The house is located just 3. 1 miles from York train station and 0. 8 miles from University of York Information Center. This affordable room accommodation can be great opportunity for a city break, a weekend break, academic visit or conference break in York.
The house location is just 3-5 minutes walking way from center of the university so it is quite close to all university and York attractions. The house is terraced with large garden, quite big kitchen, common large lounge and storage shed for bikes. The room is fully furnished with double bed (can be swapped by single bed) and wardrobe. Study desk can be supplied if it is necessary. There is shower and bath, dining room, and lounge. There is a washing machine, fully fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi access and parking. The room is available immediately. Strictly no smoking/no pets allowed room.
