Double Room in City Centre

I'm looking to live with a professional or postgraduate who can move in anytime as of October 10. I've just finished a PhD in American literature at the University of York, and am starting a job with the Council in October. I've been living in this flat for four years, and love the location.

The property is a two bedroom flat split over three floors, with a kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and downstairs toilet. There's also a garage and parking space. It's part-furnished; the room on offer has a bed and clothes rail, but the lounge is furnished and I have ample kitchen stuff, including virtually pointless things.

The lounge is a nice place to work as it's big and airy and has French windows opening onto a small balcony.

The flat is five minutes' walk from the train station, and very close to the bus station, Sainsbury's, Chi-Yip supermarket, various good pubs, etc. Electricity, gas, water, line rental and broadband generally come to around £80 each a month.
