Double room in 2-bed house, near Uni & city centre
Hi, I've just finished my PhD at the University of York. I'm living in a 2-bed house, and I'm looking for a quiet and organised housemate. The house is 15 minutes walk from both the Uni and the city centre, with Waitrose and Morrison's just 5 minutes walk away. The available room is a very nice and large double room.
I rarely stay at home, but I do appreciate a quiet environment when I'm home in the evenings. I'll be ideal if you're working, so that the council tax could be split between us (about £40 per person per month).
The £280 rent only includes the water bill.
