Great, sunny, large double room at the top of the house. Room has lovely views over towards Former Terry's factory and the racecourse. Double bed with bedding, arm chair, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers all included.

House is v close to city centre, great Bishopthorpe road shops and Rowntree's park. 10 min walk to the station or 10 mins on a bike to the university. It's a great place to live.

We're a couple with a child so it's important our new guest doesn't mind kids and can fit into our family. Our main priority is to find someone we all get on with.

All utility bills, except a landline, are included. This includes reasonable use of our wi: fi but if you want to stream films, or do lots of downloading, you'll need your own wi: fi account.

Room is large so can double as your living space. You will have use of our large kitchen/diner which is on the ground floor.

There is street parking with a parking permit. We have one already for our address. Secure space for a bike is available. Contact us to come and view.
