The shared kitchen, front room and bathroom facilities are shared between just three people, yourself and two other tenants. They are 4th year Masters students so are not likely to go out every weekend and disrupt you. Both are very friendly and fun.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as a washing machine. The front room has extra storage space, leather sofas and a small TV. The bathroom has shower over bath facilities.

There is on street parking outside and a garden for bike storage.

Just 20 minutes walk to the University of York and 10 minutes on bus to the City Center!

The price is £350 pcm including all bills and broadband, council tax for non-students is band B, so around £95 a month taking the total to £445. Council tax will be up to any non-students to sort out themselves.

There is on street parking available on the road as well as a patio area in the back with outhouses perfect for storing bikes.

The property is available right now (some of my stuff is still there but I can have it out within a day if you like the property)

Property available until the start of July due to student tenancy - short term lets will not be included unless you want to pay the rent until July.
