Fun roomate wanted for lovely city-near room

Hey guys,

I am currently living together with two amazing and fun people - one German girl and one Spanish guy - with whom I spend quite some time to chat, cook, sport, watch a movie, or to have an astonishing night out. However, I am leaving on the 20th of January and thus looking for an open-minded and fun person, that fits perfectly in. The house is really neat and already furnished.

A little overview of the rooms:
-3 double-sized bedroom (1 on groundfloor will be yours)
-1 shared living room
-1 shared kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, 2 refridgerators with freezer, 2 kettles, cooking utensilies, dishwasher, washing machine,..)
-1 storeroom next to the kitchen for food
-1 bathroom (upstairs, toilet, sink, shower)
-1 study room
-small terrace/garden in the back with an outdoor toilet (xD)

Rent:
250 GBP
excluding bills, water, electricity, internet

The amount of the total rent depends on the usage, but does not overstep 400 GBP.

In total, you are more than welcome to stop by to get a better impression and so that my roommates can get to know you better.
