A double room available in a shared house, close to York university

There is a 4-bed shared house, with a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a large garden. The double room for rent is at the ground floor and full furnished.
It only takes 10 min walking to York university (Wentworth college), about 10-15min to Wairose and Morrisons, 15 min to the city center, and 1 min to 44/4 bus stop!
I have graduated from York university and will leave at the end of dec. My housemates are three female postgrads in York uni. they are friendly and easygoing. Female student is preferred. The room is of great value of money!
