1 Student Wanted for Sharing 4 Bed House

We are looking to fill a spare bedroom in shared accommodation, in an attic room with a single bed and furnishings.

We are 3 female humanities students at the University of York who are very friendly, clean and tidy. We are in our third year so someone who is also in third year (and above) is preferable.

The house has a newly fitted Kitchen and Bathroom, a shared living room with TV, Plusnet Unlimited Broadband connection (£20 a month - so £5 each a month). There is access for Bicycles on the back yard (through the back gate) with locked Bike Sheds. Each house mate contributes £10 per week and this covers all heating/electric bills with leftovers.

The house is situated between the City and the University and is a short walk into the city centre and no more than a 15 minute walk to campus.
