Description of the House:

It is a 2 bedroom terraced house on Amber Street. There is an entrance hallway, which leads into an open plan living room & kitchen. The kitchen leads out to a utility room and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are upstairs. To the rear there is a small yard, with decking and outdoor seating.

Your bedroom has a king size bed, soft mattress, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, chest of drawers, blackout curtains and built-in wardrobes.

The house has a large screen TV, broadband, gas central heating, telephone landline, dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The "bathroom" has a large shower with a digital pump shower... i. e. it is instant and powerful!

Description of me:

My name is Vash. I have lived in York for 4 years, but I grew up in Harrogate originally. I work at the National Science Learning Centre as the Administration Team manager. I work long hours, but it would be great to live with someone interested in doing something together on an evening. I enjoying cooking, going out, watching films, going for walks and playing some sports.

The house is very small and we will trip over each other! I would prefer not to have partners staying over. The house just isn't big enough for 3!

The bathroom is downstairs and can be a bit chilly. I have tried my hardest to cure the drafts, but I need to remove the roof of the extension in order to lay some proper insulation down! Fingers crossed for a mild winter!

Rent includes all bills & council tax, and all basis house consumables like kitchen cupboard ingredients, lightbulbs and other general bits!
