I'm an ex student living in accommodation in Fulford, I'm planning on moving out due to financial reasons. A tenant to move in is needed as soon as possible. The let is available until the start of June.
The room itself is one of the biggest in the house, it's got a big double bed, and plenty of other furniture. The house is nice, it's got everything I needed including a fairly big garden.
