We are 3 male postgraduate students looking for a flat mate for our single spare room. The room is available from 10th March. The house is situated in Alcuin avenue off melrosegate a fifteen minute walk from campus.
The kitchen was newly refitted in September and has a communal lounge, and upstairs bathroom with bath and shower off bath. Small rear garden with lockable bike shed. Parking for one car off road to the front. Landlord is registered with York City council and has all relevant gas and electricity certificates.
