Hi,
my friends and I require a sixth housemate as the one we have currently was only with us for a year whilst she completed her placement.
The house has a living room, dining area, large kitchen with amenities, 2 bathrooms, 6 double bed bedrooms, a drive with room for two cars and a front and back garden.
Our house includes all bills (heating, electricity, gas, water, wifi).
The cost of living is £95 a week with the above bills included. Our rent is paid in instalments to suit our student loan (monthly during summer months) and then two larger payments in October and January.
Our Landlord is available to get in contact with if any maintenance issues need dealing with, also.
