This suitable for a single person or a couple available from the 06/07/15, one person has to be a student. I'm currently living in this property as a single person very spacious surrounded by friendly neighbours and other students in Fulford. Quite area local shops include a corner shop and an Iceland and Aldi a ten minute walk down the road there is also hairdressers close by. Regular buses to town every 10-15 minutes, own driveway, 20 minute walk to the university.

The bills are seperate from the rent
