Short term let in lovely central York flat

My partner and I will be away over the summer and so we're offering our great flat in York to rent whilst we're away. We'll be away from the 24th of May until the 3rd of August but can be quite flexible as to when the flat is free.

It's a self-contained flat in a converted, four-storey townhouse. There's a combined living room and kitchen, and the bedroom has a comfy double bed, en-suite shower room and plenty of storage space.

The flat comes fully furnished, with washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, sofa, table and chairs etc. etc. We'd also be happy to supply other kitchen equipment or move things out as necessary. Council tax, hot water AND heating are all included, so the only extra bill to pay is the electricity.

The flat is in an amazing location, a two-minute walk from the river. Once you're at the river another 10 minutes' walk (max) along the river path and you're right in the centre of town. It's also handy for York Uni and for the A19 and A64. There's an off-street parking space right in front of the house and the street is really quiet.

There's also a small communal garden, shared with the other flats but rarely used by any of them.

We can be reasonably flexible with dates and would consider more than one short-term let, but would give preference to someone who can take on the flat for the full time we're away. If you have any questions, just get in touch to discuss specifics.
